What awaits You

You probably know this: you get up in the morning full of energy, plan your day, feel safe and good, but then you only manage half of it? Or do you find it more difficult to implement plans anyway, because you simply forget the time for some things? Maybe you are enthusiastic about an idea you got by chance, but the thought of a structured realization makes your enthusiasm vanish.

Then let me tell you: “There is nothing wrong with you!“. Even more you are absolutely right just the way you are! Because from time to time everyone feels like that. If you experience these feelings regularly, you may be one of those special people with an Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Why special if you perceive yourself as not normal, you may ask. Because in life, with every special talent comes a special challenge.

Wait a minute special talents? Difficulty with planning, structure, getting things done, concentration, perseverance, time estimation, accuracy, prioritization, and relaxation. Doesn’t sound talented and certainly not special, does it? Maybe because you focus on the negative challenges. Focus is another word for concentration and that’s how quickly your perspective can change. Now your hidden potential emerges and you realize how creative, enthusiastic, helpful, sensitive, spontaneous, charming, honest and imaginative you really are. “Imagination is more valuable than knowledge, because knowledge is limited.” Albert Einstein knew this, and like many other geniuses, he saw his ADHD symptoms as talents.

With a little courage, together we can free your scratched self-image from the constraints of the “normal perspective”. Who wants to be normal when you can be extraordinary? Who would you rather be Peter Parker than Spiderman? Let’s unleash your superpowers together and learn to transform the meaningful challenges of your everyday life into successful goals in your wonderfully individual way. One step at a time!

“The very best thing for me was that he also showed me strengths and talents.”

Tatjana M.

I have ADHD. This diagnosis hit me like a punch in my mid-20s. So the feeling of not being quite normal has a name. I like to translate Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder as “All Day High Stress.” The knowledge alone was a relief, but I also wanted to actively work on myself to improve my day-to-day situation and get at least some control over all the “negative” traits.

The search for support is not easy, but finally, with Stephan Plesnik, I came to a trainer who is not only familiar with this disorder, but also with many accompanying symptoms. The best thing for me was that he also showed me strengths and talents that I had not noticed before. Now I know that ADHD is not only a bad thing, but also has its positive sides. We are working on the difficulties through coaching and the first successes are noticeable: I plan my time & energy more realistically, allow myself to be more the way I am instead of wanting to be like everyone else and the inner stress eases.

The cooperation between the coaching appointments is exhausting and sometimes things don’t work out as expected – but in the end the joy is greater when I achieve an intermediate success or can talk about the difficulties with my coach. What I like most about Stephan’s coaching is the way he guides me to an individual, and “found by myself” solution. This makes it easier for me to try out this solution idea. In addition, Stephan manages to appeal to my discipline, because without a certain amount of discipline there is no long-term improvement. My goals already achieved with Stephan are: Improved daily structure, better structure and prioritization of my ideas, projects and tasks, more mindfulness towards myself, improved communication with my partner, more concentration and even more sports & exercise in everyday life.

I can only recommend working with Stephan as a coach! In the end, I can do without the medically recommended medication and still deal with my ADHD better and better. I am very grateful for this and will continue to have Stephan accompany my training.

My name is Stephan Plesnik, I am 36 years young and I have had the opportunity to experience the most diverse symptoms and dealings with ADHD in several partnerships and friendships.

In the past 20 years of my professional career, I have been allowed to enjoy the freedom of training my talents in a wide variety of specialties. Working across industries in a wide variety of countries and topics such as music production, IT services & security, privacy & web design, and marketing and brand development has shown me my true calling.

I want to enable people to enjoy optimal experiences!

That’s why I am a coach, trainer and mentor. My goal is to enable you to find your own way to the life you want. To achieve this, I train myself daily in various fields of interest and develop new methods that have a noticeable effect in everyday life. I am fascinated by the human psyche and believe that we are all the same by nature, only our habits distinguish us from each other. That’s why I don’t see failures or problems, but rather get excited about the opportunities and challenges we will face and overcome together.

“Stephan would give the shirt off his back, if it would help someone else.”
