The Back to Basics training was created to understand the causes and commonalities behind the proven and modern methods of personal development and business management. I want to bring together vision modeling, change management, business-IT alignment, transformation governance and similar approaches of current change policies to the origin of human collaboration. Everything is essentially one. Our modern competitive society sees performance and not its value as the measure of all things. On the unstoppable road to the knowledge society, it is essential to see the effect of our actions as a goal. Thus, mistakes can be used as opportunities because we dare to try out new ideas before we evaluate and control the result. Then our own experience is not seen as a starting point for the solutions of the future, but is considered as a perspective for truly sustainable decisions.

 

The Originality (The Way)

We are trained from childhood on to show our successes and hide our failures. But: When everything shines, everyone is dazzled. It is our challenge to get rid of the complicated and “brainwashed” views of a right-wrong evaluation. We must come to follow moral intentions based on inspiring principles. This is how we discover the true value of a community and learn the answers that our current plans do not give us. Back to Basics is a return to the origins of our learning and enables us to achieve visible results in a short time for tangible effects through sustainable solutions.

I want to enable all people to understand their “imagined” mistakes as opportunities and to turn problems into meaningful challenges. Therefore complicated methods are unsuitable because they exclude certain people, situations and thought patterns. Back to Basics does not measure factors and does not collect statistics about successes. Back to Basics promotes visible results and noticeable positive effects with every application. No matter which method is used for how long, the end goal is that the user is more satisfied, more cooperative and more motivated. I use each of the Back to Basics methods almost daily. I am also constantly developing my personality and just like everyone else in the world I have to deal with challenges. The Back to Basics training works if you are open-minded and serious about your goals. There is no point in buying the Back to Basics course and believing that it will solve all your problems by itself. To achieve your goals, you have to do something about it. The Back to Basics course will help you do it – you have to do it yourself!

How does the mentoring work?

 

The mentoring of the Back to Basics training allows you to get the best out of all methods. During the course, I will support you regularly in person, by phone or video chat. You yourself decide the rhythm, tempo and format.

Choose freely between the following options:

  1. Daily accompaniment in a 30-minute conversation
  2. Weekly accompaniment in a 2,5 hour coaching

We will determine the time together. So it fits perfectly into your individual schedule. The meetings can also be used as individual coaching for the individual team members or as group coaching. We are as flexible as your goals need us to be!

Is my team suitable or are there limitations?
