Re:Thinking
Leading is the job
The Content
The change from professional to executive is a creative process that – similar to the initial training – also involves learning and training new competencies.
In this Re:Think Leadership Workshop, managers are prepared for their new role and the responsibility that comes with it.
Differentiation from former specialised tasks, the development of one’s own leadership style and the right balance between promoting independence and controlling team members are the main topics of this workshop.
The topics “own & common value culture” as well as “management without micro” are thematically touched upon and deepened in the subsequent workshop “Leading empathically with trust”.
The Topics & Goals
1. Vision & Goal Setting
- What do I want to achieve in my new position?
- How do I define strategic management goals?
- How do I structure my goals under an inspiring vision?
2. Employee & Talent Development
- How do I develop employees and enable them to perform better?
- How do I prevent competition for promotions within the team?
- How do I find the right balance between personal responsibility and control?
- How do I motivate my employees in the long term?
- How do I avoid and moderate resistance to change?
3. Project Management & Communication
