The Content

The change from professional to executive is a creative process that – similar to the initial training – also involves learning and training new competencies.

In this Re:Think Leadership Workshop, managers are prepared for their new role and the responsibility that comes with it.

Differentiation from former specialised tasks, the development of one’s own leadership style and the right balance between promoting independence and controlling team members are the main topics of this workshop.

The topics “own & common value culture” as well as “management without micro” are thematically touched upon and deepened in the subsequent workshop “Leading empathically with trust”.
